Conference Hotel
ARLIS/NA has reserved a block of rooms at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, the venue of the ARLIS/NA 43rd Annual Conference, to accommodate meeting participants, supporters and exhibitors.
Conference attendees will receive the discounted conference room rate of $209 per night for a single or a double room when mentioning ARLIS/NA. Reservations must be made on or before Thursday, February 5, 2015 to receive the discounted room rate. ARLIS/NA cannot guarantee this rate for reservations made beyond this date or once the room block reaches capacity.
Room Rates
Single or Double Occupancy - $209/night plus applicable taxes and fees
Additional People beyond Double Occupancy - $20/night per person plus applicable taxes and fees

Check-In/Out Times
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is noon. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The hotel's Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee equal to one night's room and tax will apply if a guest checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. To avoid an early checkout fee you need to advise the Omni Fort Worth Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card supplied at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, reservations must be cancelled no less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Any reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax.
