The Conference is being held on the Zoom platform. You will need an internet-enabled computer, smartphone, or tablet in order to fully participate. You can also access conference audio via any telephone.

  1. Are there assistive devices available for attendants?

Yes, there are accessibility options:

  • For live transcriptions: Web Captioner is a free tool which provides live audio captions in your browser. NOTE: Web Captioner requires using Google Chrome, and does NOT work on phones or tablets. Please be sure to install it on your computer prior to the start of the conference sessions.
  • All Virtual Conference recordings will include captions after upload to the ARLIS/NA Learning Portal.
  1. Can I ask presenters questions during the conference sessions?

During the session, you may raise questions to presenters via the Q+A tool and also share comments on chat.
