Conference Hotel
ARLIS/NA has reserved a block of rooms at the Grand Hyatt Washington, the venue of the ARLIS/NA 42nd Annual Conference, to accommodate meeting participants, supporters and exhibitors.
Conference attendees will receive the discounted conference room rate of $229 per night for a single or a double room when mentioning ARLIS/NA. Reservations must be made on or before March 28, 2014 to receive the discounted room rate. ARLIS/NA cannot guarantee this rate for reservations made beyond this date or once the room block reaches capacity.

Single or Double Occupancy - $229/night plus applicable taxes and fees
Triple Occupancy - $279/night plus applicable taxes and fees
Quadruple Occupancy - $304/night plus applicable taxes and fees
Grand Club - $60/night additional, based on availability
Business Plan - $35/night additional, based upon availability
Check-In/Out Times
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12 noon. Guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Bell Captain can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of the group rates room and tax will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, reservations must be cancelled no less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Any reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax.
